Thank you for reviewing our ad.  This position is a rewarding opportunity and crucial for improving our client's quality of life.  We are looking for someone to fill our PDN, or private duty nurse, position to provide in-home skilled nursing care for a 21 yr. old male with non-vent and non trach. He is fed through the G-tube.  

He’s a fantastic young man. He needs someone to care for him in his home and attend school with him during the week. This is a well-established case with long-term nurses, in a beautiful country setting with a laid-back environment.  It is important that the PDN hired for this position is punctual, compassionate, and treats the client with dignity.

Location:
  Deerfield, WI

Available Shifts:    

DAY SHIFTS:  
  Sundays - any 9 hr shift between 6:30 am - 6:30pm 

    Mondays  - 6:30am - 4:30pm

Tuesdays- 6:30 - 4:30pm

OVERNIGHTS:
 2 Fridays a month 8pm - 6:30am

Hourly Rate of Pay:  RNs $38.00 / LPNs $25.00
