Provides support and thought partnership to relationship managers by coordinating projects and accurately documenting donor interactions. Acts as an agent for the relationship managers by communicating information to appropriate sources and/or obtaining necessary information from those sources to include donors, board members and volunteer groups. Tracks on all planned solicitations and manager/prospect interactions and ensures accurate reflection of all constituent engagement in the donor database.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or two years of related experience required.
  • Experience working in a nonprofit organization, and/or as a project manager preferred.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling donor information. Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet daily demands, as well as, respond to urgent situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, prioritization and organization skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, board members, volunteers, etc.
  • Process-oriented, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy.
  • Proficient in using word processing and other software packages, including Excel and Outlook. Raiser's Edge experience desired.
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute preferred.
