Job Description

This role will manage the HRIS systems in a service-oriented and integrated environment. This unique opportunity to join a Best-in-Class HR Team will make a direct impact to our Workday processes. The Workday Analyst role is an important part of the team collaborating together to ensure effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving and providing expertise on the system.

This position resides at our beautiful, new, state-of-the-art Corporate office located at: 7440 S Hwy 121, McKinney, TX 75070

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert on all things Workday HCM, covering areas like Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Dive into a wide array of HRIS tasks within Workday, from crafting specifications to fine-tuning business processes, and overseeing crucial annual processes.
  • Keep stakeholders in the loop about Workday's capabilities, new releases, and upgrades, and how they shape our HR landscape now and in the future.
  • Always be on the lookout for ways to make our HR processes smoother and more efficient. Whether it's by documenting procedures or suggesting tweaks for better consistency across our systems, there's always room for improvement.
  • Get hands-on with testing in Workday to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Create custom reports in Workday that cater to the unique needs of our business and customers.
  • Collaborate with teams far and wide to gather requirements and provide rock-solid system support.
  • Dig deep into major Workday releases, analyzing their impact and ensuring we're always prepared for what's next.
  • Spread the wealth of knowledge within the team, sharing insights and providing training while also soaking up expertise from across the HRIS team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of Workday HCM concepts, practices, procedures, with the ability to apply them in diverse situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, including systems related to compensation, benefits, organizational development, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Familiarity with Interfaces or integration of systems.
  • Ability to efficiently manipulate large and complex datasets.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional analytical acumen with the ability to grasp complexity quickly.
  • Strong motivation and capability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proficient in translating customer and business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with both functional and IT communities.
