Temporary Summer Student - Labor Pool

We are seeking applicants for Seasonal Help (Summer Students). This is a temporary full-time position between May 28, 2024 - September 1, 2024 over summer break.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure steady workflow.
  • Work in our Tomahawk Mill assisting the operator or assistant operator by ensuring quality checks are performed before, during, and upon completion of orders.
  • May stack boxes, clean areas of the facility, or perform other general operator or helper duties, and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Applicant must have completed two (2) continuous semesters and be considered a full-time student at an accredited University, College, or Technical school. Must be passing 12 credits minimum per semester.
  • Applicant must be returning to school in the fall.
  • Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
  • Strong safety background with a good attendance record.
  • Ability to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
  • Able to work in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Applicant must obtain a paper application from the Tomahawk Mill office and submit to HR and must also complete the online application.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
