Our Senior Corporate Recruiter is a highly strategic role responsible for identifying top talent through various innovative recruiting channels. They leverage the internet and other creative resources to identify potential candidates and engage them through cold calling and other outreach methods. Working closely with hiring managers, the Senior Corporate Recruiter defines recruitment requirements and develops a targeted strategy to attract and secure exceptional individuals for the organization. They play a pivotal role in driving hiring decisions, directing team members, and negotiating offers, making them an essential asset to the organization's growth and success.



  • Lead full-life cycle recruiting for assigned group, developing relationships with multiple hiring leaders at our multiple locations and act as the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs.
  • Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews for candidates including coordination with interview teams, company resources, and travel department.
  • Actively participate and network with associations, social networks, and sales/marketing groups to build a network of candidates on an on-going basis.
  • Identify, schedule, and represent the company at local and state community events to promote careers in manufacturing
  • Act as an ambassador for the business and functional partners
  • "Own" the talent pipeline for assigned areas and serve as the subject matter expert
  • In alignment with business goals and leadership, aid in developing effective solutions to address skills gaps and culture integration.
  • Provide operational support through value-added approaches with regards to workforce planning and acquisition, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as an informal mentor; teach recruiting techniques and strategies.
  • Provide the assigned business team with coaching on recruitment best practices
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of progressive work experience in full-cycle recruitment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated flexibility
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment
  • Solid communication skills, verbal and written
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and willing to "roll up the sleeves and get things done" with a "can do" attitude
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Occasional travel
