Per Mar Security is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a part-time Security Officer position at one of Wisconsin's premier companies. The client is West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, featured in Top Places to Work in 2021 and Best Places to work in 2021. West Bend Mutual Insurance Company is located on a beautiful sprawling campus in West Bend, WI offers on-site parking for all staff.

Available Shifts:

Part-Time (16 hours)

1st Shift - Saturday/Sunday 6am-2pm

3rd Shift - Saturday/Sunday 10pm to 6am

Pay: $23/hour - Daily Pay Available!!!

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must live within 15 miles of West Bend
• Must pass background check
• Must have current Driver's License
• Must have clean driving record
• Must be have a WI Private Security License
• HS Diploma, GED, or HS Equivalency
• Must past on-site drug test at time of hire

Objectives:

• Ensure a safe environment with active patrol and active monitoring
• Safeguard personnel, company assets, customers, and visitors
• Respond immediately and appropriately to incidents as they arise
• Collaborate with on-site team and management, and with Per Mar supervisors

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle and walking patrol of the campus, secure buildings, doors, gates, etc. regardless of weather conditions
• Monitor surveillance and access control equipment and perform inspections
• Complete daily reports as needed
• Secure building access points depending on shift
• Investigate and take appropriate action as situations arise

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems
• Experience in one of the following fields:
  • Security
  • Law Enforcement/Political Science
  • Military
  • Criminal Justice/Corrections
  • Military/EMS
• Current WI Security License

High School Diploma/GED

Private Security License
