Position Summary:

In the Manager, Platform Suppliers position, you'll be responsible for driving and overseeing the evolution of our strategic supplier partnerships and technical integrations. Supplier Success is ultimately charged with assuring that our key strategic suppliers partners are happy, engaged and growing with our business. Using your strong attention to strategy, execution, and outcomes, you will lead and direct overall programs, platform-specific technical specifications and integration strategies. You will help our organization deliver key outcomes, specs, and ultimately support our upward trajectory of success and growth. As a key contributor to our Operations and Technology teams, you will directly lead our Supplier Success team.


This position works within our DSSI business.

Direct Supply DSSI

The DSSI platform connects care providers directly to their unique supply chain networks and delivers data-driven and AI-powered procurement tools to help our customers optimize profitability and efficiency at every turn.

Competencies & Skills Needed:

  • Functional and technical excellence required for integration management, including knowledge of various integration methods, protocols, and formats such as APIs, EDI, etc.

  • Communicates Effectively - Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Leads Through Change & Ambiguity - Highly skilled at helping organizations manage through change to achieve desired results

  • Experience with software development lifecycle and related methodologies

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Responsible for keeping strategic suppliers happy, engaged and growing with the DSSI platform. Supplier Success is the dedicated face of the business to the suppliers, and voice of the suppliers within our business.

  • Determine baseline integration specifications with suppliers with an eye toward the future. Evolve the requirements for supplier integrations within the DSSI platform to enhance customer facing capability.

  • Responsible for leading project execution in the enhancement of integrations and strategic initiatives.

  • Lead supplier success team. Develop team member skill sets, competencies, and influence with strategic supplier partners. Build centers of excellence within the larger DSSI enterprise.

  • Develop, prioritize and communicate project plans, influencing as needed to ensure stakeholder alignment.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of both technical integration solutions and strategic relationships.

  • Serve as a change management leader to drive related changes

    • Internal change within DSSI and Direct Supply, facilitating and implementing new initiatives/projects and applicable integration improvements.

    • External change for our supplier organization to enforce minimums, and drive deeper and more technically advanced integrations.

  • Identify and communicate supplier-related issues and risks. Facilitate cross-team discussions to understand impact and prepare solutions to address or mitigate.

  • Prepare and analyze key supplier and category data. Drive decision-making with fact based analytics and provide insights to executive leadership to support integrations and relationship management planning and execution.

  • Coordinate and align on related initiatives across lines of business within Direct Supply.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations or a related field

  • 7+ years professional experience in integrations management and/or supplier relationships

  • 2-5 years of experience leading teams directly as well as cross-functional key initiatives

  • 2-5 years of negotiation experience
