Shift: majority of 2nd shifts, but might be assigned some AM shifts, and will work every Sunday.

Job Summary:

Responsible for integrity of food service software (Cbord) for the entire FH system including accuracy of nutritionals inputted, recipe standardization, and build of individual food item compliance with each specialized diet. Ensures accurate and timely communication of updates across all five hospital entities served. Regularly audits and adjusts non-select cycle menu to meet Joint Commission standards. Responsible for onboarding and training all new staff members. In collaboration with Call Center Supervisor, coordinates staff education on specialized diet, position workflows, and data analytics within computer applications. Responsible for yearly competency assessments of Call Center staff, in collaboration with Call Center Supervisor, to ensure patient safety and customer service standards are met. Acts as an informal leader in the absence of Call Center Supervisor. Communicates with Clinical Nutrition Manager to report any and all customer or staff concerns in the absence of the Call Center Supervisor.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of three years of customer service experience including administrative/clerical support, working in food and nutrition call center, computer applications involving customer service or food service is required. Knowledge of nutrition through course work or experience required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

Degree or certification in Nutrition desired.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Cbord knowledge is preferred.
