Work Schedule:
One (1) part-time vacancy at our West Allis Campus beginning in August 2024
Hours vary based on departmental needs.
Educational and Occupational Requirements:
Must have a Master's degree in Dietetics; Education, Public Health or Business Administration.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-time or equivalent (4000 hours) experience as a credentialed practitioner in nutrition and/or food service. In addition, one of the following must be met.
OR
License and/or Certification Requirements:
Must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/N) by the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Must provide proof of active membership with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) and meet those requirements which include experience in food service management.
Must have a current license as a Certified Dietitian from the State of Wisconsin.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

SUPPORTIVE TECHNOLOGY:

1. Online Information Management Systems - Experience with INFOnline or other online information management systems used for student advising, student programs, grading, class schedules and rosters.
2. Blackboard - Experience with Blackboard or other web-based course - management systems.
3. Technology-based Instruction - Experience with technology-based instructional delivery systems including SMART symposium, interactive touch screen monitors, LCD projectors, DVD players and/or other classroom technology.
4. Emerging Technologies - Experience with emerging technologies (eg. social networking applications).
5. (Optional) Distance Learning Instruction - Experience with on-line, two-way video, ITV, and other methods of distance learning instruction.
Start Date: One (1) part-time vacancy at our West Allis Campus beginning in August 2024 This position supports the Healthcare Pathway.
Hours vary based on departmental needs, up to 19hrs a week, 43 week position.
Salary:
Salary is listed to the midpoint of the salary range and is based on the 2023/2024 rates and are determined by years of experience credit and internal salary equity.

Interviews: Selected candidates will be invited to a virtually interview and will need to present a 10 minute teaching demonstration. Teaching subject will be defined by hiring department and shared prior to interview.
