We are currently recruiting for Entry Level Machine Operators for a very large company located in Port Washington, WI - NOT bus line accessible

Payrate: $14.50-17.00/hr starting

$1500 Sign On Bonus

8 hour shifts or 12 Hour Rotating Shifts

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday (6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am)

• Friday to Sunday (6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am) work 36hrs but get 40hrs pay

• 8 hours shift is also available 

Job Duties:

Daily tasks of the Machine Operator are, but not limited to:

• Perform machine operation on the following machines, but not limited to: Elsner, Capper, Labeler, Induction Sealer, and Shrink Wrapper.

• The machine operator is expected to maintain continuous machine operation without interruptions.

• Complete cleaning/sanitization of machines according to established guidelines.

• Completes quality checks utilizing a ruler or scale. Make necessary adjustments (ie: weights, torques) to ensure quality of product. 

• Document results accurately and completely.

• Complete set-up or changeover of machines to include loading with components, solution, and packaging materials.

• Assist with waste removal from line and/or plant.

• Assist with packing duties (ie: palletizing, packing cases, as needed).

• Process all required paperwork accurately and timely.

• Palletizing finished cases of product.

• Pushing, lifting rolls of fabric, staging rolls, loading machines with packaging materials (ie: boxes, shrink wrap rolls, caps, etc.)

• Coach and train new employees as needed.
