Assistant Events Manager - Downtown Milwaukee
We are currently looking for a results-oriented team member to assist with the daily operations of our downtown Milwaukee and Wisconsin State Fair event parking operations.  In this role, you’ll work directly with an operations team made of up supervisors, cashiers, and traffic directors to create a world-class customer experience for our clients and guests.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Assist in the management and oversight of Interstate’s parking operations for event parking in the downtown Milwaukee area.
  • Ensure customers and clients receive exceptional customer service.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise event parking operations and procedures within budget, operations plan, and brand guidelines.
  • Hire, manage, train, schedule, and develop a staff of customer service team members.
  • Monitor facilities for cleanliness, signage, safety, and compliance with company standards.

  • Independent, proactive, problem-solver who demonstrates empathy and integrity.
  • Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented. 
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions.
  • Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, and smartphone technology.
  • Relevant experience in parking, events, operations, hospitality, or other related industry.
  • Experience scheduling full-time and part-time team members.
  • High school degree, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
