Job Description
Automation Operator (Molding Dept)
Shift: 2nd, (2pm-10pm)
Pay: $19/hr-$21/hr plus $1/hr Shift Premium (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
- 2 years of full-time operator skills on either CNC machining equipment, manual lapping, Blanchard Grinding, CNC Surface Grinding,
- CNC ID/OD Grinding or other robotic automated processing is a plus
- Ability to do some basic trouble shooting of production processes.
- Industrial math skills, ability to read drawings and use gages.
- Ability to follow specific work instructions.
- Maintain quality and output standards.
- Possess a high performance and continuous improvement mindset.
- Mechanically inclined and possess basic PC skills.
