Brief Description of Job Responsibilities:
* Is responsible for all general, orthopedic, and mammography filming
* All image processing procedures and QC testing
* Utilize electronic medical record and PACS system during x-ray procedures
* Responsible for patient care
* Communication with Co-workers, Supervisors, Manager, Service Line Director and other departments

Education/Experience/Certifications:
* Graduation from a course approved by the ARRT. Current RT certification with the ARRT
* Current Wisconsin State license
* CPR certification
* Computer and keyboard skills
* General x-ray imaging experience is preferred
* Mammography experience is a plus
Non-Essential Duties: Other duties as assigned within scope of practice
Typical Working Conditions:
Medical office and Radiology exam rooms. Exposure to radiation and communicable diseases. Needs to be highly mobile in a fast paced environment. Highly teamwork related position.
Typical Physical Demands:
Variety of standing, sitting, stooping, walking. Must be able to help patient transfer. Occasional stress from multiple demands. . Vision must be correctable to 20/30 and hearing must be in the normal range.
* Required to lift / carry children and help assist other patients up out of chairs (up to 40 lbs)
* Seldom -- Frequently needs to wheelchair patients or push cart with files around (10 -- 75 lbs)
