Work Schedule:

100% FTE, between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position will work at 20 S Park St.

Pay:

  • External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign on bonus.

Working as an independent health care provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to adult patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician or Clinical Psychologist to:

  • Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide short, but intense follow-up.
  • Connect patients to resources.
  • Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.

Education:

If Behavioral Health Clinician:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling

If Clinical Psychologist:

  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.

Work Experience:

If Behavioral Health Clinician:

  • Two (2) years of experience in a health care environment in a patient/client contact role

If Clinical Psychologist:

  • One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience

Licenses and Certifications:

If Behavioral Health Clinician:

  • Relevant license and/or certification or license/certification eligible as a Mental Health provider as required in the State of Wisconsin (i.e., Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT)

If Clinical Psychologist:

  • Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
