Job Description
This is a direct hire position for a fantastic company in Hartland.
There are first and 2nd shift openings.
3-5 years experience is preferred.
Pay is between $26-$31/hr depending on your experience.
Start times are flexible but once you pick your time you must stick to it.
1st shift: start 5-7:30am work 8 hours 1/2 hr lunch
2nd shift: start Noon-2:30pm work 8 hours 1/2 hr lunch

MOLD MAKERS / TOOL & DIE
Full-time – 1st or 2nd Shift
We are looking for experienced Tool Makers who want to put their talent to work and grow their career in molds, dies, patterns and core boxes.
Tool Makers will set up and operate all tool room equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, saws, welding, etc. Mold assembly will include polishing, the ability to work from CAD software, eDrawings, electronic files, bill of materials, specifications, and technical data sheets.
Candidates must have proficiency with precision measuring tools that supports an extremely tight tolerance environment producing specialized tools for the aircraft, automotive, agricultural, construction, lawn and garden, marine, rail, and recreational industries. Our products are sold to original equipment manufacturers as well as their suppliers and their sub-suppliers. Employees work closely to provide quality manufactured components while maintaining proven processes and procedures that provide customers with “First Shot Success” tools. You will follow a schedule, work effectively to minimize downtime, and develop ways to improve efficiency.
