Rate of Pay: RN $40.00/hour, LPN $30.00/hour

Experience: Welcome but not necessary as you will receive on-the-job training.

Job Description:

• Provide in-home skilled nursing care for a 26 y/o young man. He is a delightful individual who communicates with his picture cards and iPad. He enjoys his movies, music, going for walks, sitting in his glider enjoying nature, interacting at home with his teacher, music and massage therapists.  
• Training will include one-on-one direction from seasoned nurses and family, learning skilled care including, not limited to, daily TPN and IVF set-up and administration, Ileostomy cares, G&J cares, medication administration, and aerosol treatments. 
• Working on a team of professionals with the shared goal of keeping this young man at home in an environment driven by precision focused care, kindness, and companionship; allowing him to learn and grow at his own pace and in his own way.
• Physical demands of the job include assisting with transfers, walking and ADLs.
• He lives in an adapted ranch home with his loving supportive family and two sweet cats, nestled in the woods, surrounded by nature.
