Job Description:

• Our client has a new opportunity available for a Senior Product Owner to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing proactive support for new customers as a Product Owner. The ideal candidate must be organized, detailed oriented and have a passion to provide mentorship to team members.
• Work closely with Our Client and lead other IT team members, to gather information about objectives, functions, features, input and output requirements, analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, reporting, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
• Conduct analysis, design, guide the testing, implementation, and documentation of applications.
• Responsible for managing/leading a team of Business Analysts.
• Will be responsible for Product Owner/ Business Analyst functions and tasks.
• Engage in proactive communication through excellent support and guidance.
• Work with multiple projects at one time, prioritize workload with little direction.
• Provide updates to leadership on key/critical deadlines.

Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst.

* Able to display experience leading UAT testing efforts.

* Experience with Life Insurance domain

* Must have experience with data conversion or migration.

* Completion of LOMA courses desirable.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills with high level of professionalism.
