Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is hiring for a Communications Operator position for Monmouth Medical Center. This is a Per Diem position.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Per Diem

Essential Functions:

  • Monitors emergency alarms, and communicates medical and other information to authorized recipients.
  • Ability to operate the paging system, sound alarms, and announce medical codes / disasters / other emergencies in accordance with institutional policies.
  • Works collaboratively on Performance Improvement initiatives to improve the Telecommunications Department for the organization.
