Gundersen Health System, based in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Master's prepared Therapist to join our Integrated Care team as a .8 - 1.0FTE Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC),at the Ashley Wellness Center in Arcadia, WI.

Beginning in 2008, the Ashley Wellness Center is a partnership between Gundersen Health System and Ashley Furniture Industries to provide affordable and convenient care. In support of this partnership, Gundersen Health System provides a full scope of primary care servicesattheAshleyWellness Center for the approximately 4,000 employees-and their families-of Ashley Furniture, the largest furniture manufacturer in North America.The clinic serves patients of all ages from infants to adults.Join our Ashley Wellness Center team: A physicianandtwoNPs;physical therapists; behavioral health; visiting specialtyproviders;on-siteSpanish interpreters; and an experienced groupofnursing,lab,radiology, and other skilled support staff.

Your practice will include:

* Flexible schedules of 32 - 40 hours per week

* Providing integrated behavioral health within a primary care practice

* Brief, problem focused, real time assessments/interventions to address a wide range of co-morbid health and mental health problems

* Participation in development and implementation of BHC specific clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives regarding system wide integration of Behavioral Health into Primary Care

Qualifications:

* Master's degree and licensure as LCSW or LPC

* Flexible, team-oriented, high-energy and excellent interpersonal communication skills

* Experience working in an integrated primary care or medical setting preferred, but not required

* Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multistate region with no restrictions or limitations.
