We are expanding! Thomas Jefferson University/Sidney Kimmel Medical College has an opening for a full-time Clinical Neuropsychologist to join a large hospital-based neuropsychology division within the Department of Neurology. This position will work closely with an internationally-recognized epilepsy center and surgery program. Responsibilities include neuropsychological assessment for our epilepsy program, the hospital-wide consultation service, and the outpatient neuropsychology service. Ambulatory clinic evaluations include the full range of neurologic disorders. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge and interest in epilepsy, but have competencies within all areas of neuropsychological assessment relevant to a medical setting. Training is an integral part of this position and the candidate will play a key role in our practicum, internship, and post-doctoral fellowship training programs. A strong candidate will also have the skills and interests to conduct neuropsychological research. Thomas Jefferson University provides a rich interdisciplinary environment with grand rounds, seminars, case conferences, and opportunities to collaborate with faculty across departments, including neurosurgery.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with specialized training in clinical neuropsychology, and be eligible for board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP/CN). Salary will be commensurate with an Assistant Professor level.

Thomas Jefferson University/Sidney Kimmel Medical College has an opening for a full-time Clinical Neuropsychologist to join a large hospital-based neuropsychology division within the Department of Neurology. This position will work closely with an internationally-known epilepsy treatment and surgery program. Responsibilities include conducting neuropsychological assessments for our inpatient epilepsy program, the hospital-wide consultation service, and the outpatient neuropsychology service which takes referrals from both Jefferson and Philadelphia area physicians. The patient referral base has an emphasis on epilepsy, but evaluations for the gamut of neurologic disorders are conducted.

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge and interest in epilepsy, but have competencies within all areas of neuropsychological assessment relevant to a medical setting. Preference will be given to a candidate with the skills and interests to conduct neuropsychological research, and the ability, record, or potential to apply for external grant funding.
