Cellcom is currently looking for an Associate Content Manager to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

Through appropriate content development and creation, the Content Marketing Specialist will work in conjunction with the marketing communications team to help move Cellcom and Nsight's marketing campaigns from ideas to delivery with a focus on data-driven decision-making based on detailed analytics and marketing best practices. This position will create and develop content for the execution and implementation of direct mail, out of home, in-store, email and SMS sends, social media, web, SEO/SEM and all paid and organic traditional and digital media.

Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Writes engaging and effective content for cellcom.com and nsightel.com, emails, blogs, digital ads, YouTube channels, social media ads, direct mailers, and more!
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of an organic marketing strategy to improve social media channel engagement and website user experience by creating multi-media content (text, image, video) to share the Nsight/Cellcom story. Develops, tracks, and analyzes A/B campaigns to investigate best response rates and steer future messaging.
  3. Support online advertising initiatives such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), competitive analysis/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and digital advertising; assist in the implementation and management of paid digital campaigns, including keyword research, bidding strategies, emails, social media, and budgets.
  4. Uses SEO principles to continue increasing our sites' online presence and traffic, including:
    • Keyword research
    • Competitive analysis
    • Technical site analysis (including logfile and crawler reports)
    • Link acquisition
  5. Utilize email and marketing automation best practices to grow lead generation and customer engagement initiatives by segmenting email, direct mail and SMS lists and messages to engage with audiences 1:1 along their customer journey.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of an organic marketing strategy to improve social media channel engagement and website user experience by creating multi-media content (text, image, video) to share the Nsight/Cellcom story.
  7. Assist with delivery of monthly traffic and conversion reports for our websites, including site analytics, SEM/SEO, social media, and other metrics.
  8. Utilize email and marketing automation best practices to grow lead generation and customer engagement initiatives by segmenting email, direct mail and SMS lists and messages to engage with audiences 1:1 along their customer journey.
  9. Keep abreast of media and digital trends, consumer behaviors, and other opportunities and to make suggestions on how to improve the marketing plan using the most up to date traditional and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience completing hands-on account/campaign builds (e.g., Google, Bing, Facebook).
  • Associates Degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising/PR, Marketing or related field and three plus years of expereince in digital marketing, advertising, eCommerce, or other related fields required.
  • Utilized keyword, ad copy, and audience targeting optimization best practices.
  • Has a strong digital a background
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, email best practices, spam filtering, CAN-SPAM and other industry regulations, standards and trends.
  • Experience using and administering email/marketing automation software tools.
  • Experience using social media and other technology tools like Comscore, Constant Contact, SEM Rush, Self-Serve Ad platforms, etc.
  • Strong skills in organic and paid media planning and implementation.
  • Aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using social media management tools and content media systems software are preferred
