Cellcom is currently looking for a Sales Support Intern to join our Retail team in Wausau!

As a Sales Support Intern at Cellcom you will educate new and existing customers about their wireless devices. We are looking for your world class customer service to help ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase and understands how to use the technology.

Responsibilities:

• Become a leading product expert on big name brands such as Apple, Samsung, Motorola and Google.
• Assist with data transfers, accessories, phone set up, and troubleshooting.
• Support the store with product inventory merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store at all times.
• Conduct customer workshops in store and/or virtual to help them learn how to better use their devices.

• Mentorship: You will be assigned a mentor that will guide you through your internship.
• Leadership: You will have the opportunity to express your creativity and product knowledge by leading our customer workshops in your community.

Requirements:

• High School or College student with a strong interest in understanding the Sales environment and working for local, family-owned company!
• Ability to work up to 20 hours a week/weekends.
• Strong communication skills
