We are looking for a dedicated individual with an eye for details and a commitment to ensuring our parking facilities are spotless and operating at peak performance. The individual in this role will be a key member of our parking operations team in Milwaukee, WI.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Clean driving record.
  • Some technology/mechanical ability, able to use reason and logic to troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, lawn mower, snow blower, vacuum cleaner, etc.
  • Cleaning and some custodial experience preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outside year-round.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Cleaning responsibilities to include litter removal, emptying trash receptacles, snow removal, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, and power sweeping.
  • Light maintenance including painting, basic repairs, broken gate arms, landscaping (mowing/weeding) and installation of signage.
  • Customer service and support responsibilities including testing equipment, responding to customer questions, and safely dealing with loiterers.

Schedule:
Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, second shift.
