Hours: Monday- Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Sunday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Job Posting Title: Administrative Assistant, Warehouse

Hourly Range: $15.00 - $22.00

The Administrative Assistant, Warehouse is the liaison between our clients, shippers and operations teams. They assist with processing incoming orders, verifying accuracy, validating and resolving discrepancies. Working within a freight forwarding department for air and ocean export shipments.


  • Receiving and validating shipping approvals and matching to orders
  • Determining shipping instructions based on contracted terms, SOPs and delivery requirements
  • Communicate and resolve issues with suppliers and clients, both international and domestic
  • Report delays and exceptions
  • Convey transport/logistics & compliance guidance to customer and supplier
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to problem solve
  • Liaise closely with other teams to deliver high level of service to customers
  • Provides consistent and exceptional customer service levels through prompt communication


  • High School diploma
  • 1 years' experience in an office based customer service field
  • Strong skills in use of Excel, Outlook
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to understand Spanish or Portuguese languages is advantageous

While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision.
