Job Description

Danfoss has an immediate opening for a Technical Trainer to join Danfoss Power Solutions. This role educates internal and external customers on PLUS +1 tools.

Job Responsibilities
  • Creates technical training programs according to requirements.
  • Train and educate external customers in PLUS+1 tools.
  • Responsible for the trainings in a specified region for the PLUS+1 training but is not limited to work inside this area.
  • Face-to-face training is held both in Danfoss own facilities, as well as on site at the customer.
  • Digital trainings in form of webinars, online trainings and eLearnings.
  • Develop new training material as the PLUS+1 tools are released with new functions as well as maintain already developed training material to always be up to date and to fit in the different training forms.
  • Can be involved in different other tasks that then are prioritized and authorized by the SW PAE Team Manager.
  • Bring the customers voice into the companies' development process.
  • Take an active part in the Developer Conference events.
  • Collects information about defects and wishes and bring them as input to SSS.
Background & Skills

* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science, alternatively knowledge acquiredthrough years of experience in the field.
* Good knowledge of the company's products and processes. (Preferred)
* Teaching experience and good ability to lead a technical education.
* Experienced in producing training material in different formats like YouTube videos, eLearning digital material and PowerPoint presentations.
* Fluent in English.
* Social skills, communicative.
