As a Receiving Clerk in the Service Logistic Department, you will inspect our customer's return packages, data capture shipment details, detect discrepancies, ship to our facilities in Mexico and our Headquarters, constant communication with our internal customers.

Your day to day

  • Perform receiving inspection of our customer's warranty returns
  • Daily reports in Excel of any discrepancies, outside of our portal, and PDW (Poly Direct Warranty) units that arrive to our location
  • Prepare shipments to send over to our different locations like Tijuana, (Plamex) and Santa Cruz (Head Quarters)

What you bring to the team

  • Experience is shipping and receiving
  • The ability to distribute workload immediately
  • Experience working within a team environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Bilingual speaking (Spanish and English) preferred
