A successful applicant will have the following:
- A.A. degree in Secretarial/Administrative Science and 5 years of related office experience, at least 2 years in an administrative capacity, or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
- Microsoft office skills in Word, Excel and power-point; knowledge of computers, databases, software and word processing programs; and ability to type at least 55 wpm.
- Excellent problem solving, oral and written skills.
- Ability to analyze information and knowledge of basic mathematics.
- Highly organized and able to work independently or on a team with other staff Able to operate and maintain general office equipment, such as copy and fax machines, multi-line telephone system and scanner.
- Ability to analyze information knowledge of basic mathematics
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Ability to work well as a member of a team and with all levels of staff.
Scope:
- Frequent talking and active listening; written documentation.
- Requires sitting for long periods of time
- Lifting and/or caring, not to exceed 25 lbs
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
