100% FTE, Mainly days with rotating nights and weekends (10-12 hour shifts). Includes additional compensation for night and weekend hours. You may be eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Come provide care to adults with serious neurological illnesses in our Neuroscience ICU. At UW Health - an academic medical center and Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Program - you will treat the most complex stroke cases in the state.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
At UW Health, you will have:
Education:
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Acute Care only (Adult or Adult/Gerontology will be considered only if previous ICU experience).
If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
