Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solvers for a number of Parking Enforcement positions at our parking facilities throughout downtown Milwaukee.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Travel throughout the downtown Milwaukee area responsible for parking enforcement and compliance at a variety of parking facilities.
  • Identify and cite parking violators.
  • Track and record violations recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
  • Audit monthly parking users by location.
  • Communicate with the Milwaukee Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with using new technology.
  • Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision as required.
  • Ability to work outside year-round.
  • Valid driver’s license, three years licensed driving experience, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.

Schedule:
Scheduling from 5 pm to 1am, including Friday and Saturdays.
