Status: Full Time/Part Time/1099 Position

Pay Rate: 100% Commissions

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring merchant accounts with new and existing businesses. This sales position will provide the opportunity to meet client's needs by selling the full complement of merchant service solutions. Products for merchants include: point of sale, mobile, loyalty solution, E-commerce, credit, and debit. If you are an enthusiastic sales person looking for a lucrative position with flexibility, this role is ideal for you. This is a 100% commission based position with a competitive residual compensation. Experienced and inexperienced merchant services sales representatives are welcome to apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate your book of business and follow up on warm leads

Understand customer needs and requirements

Close sales and achieve your personal quotas

Accepts merchant applications from prospects and submits the data to Quantum Boarding Team

Adds all leads and prospects into the corporate CRM promptly

Able to analyze merchant statements is a plus, but not required

Utilize relationship manager as needed to board new Merchants

Works between internal departments to assist in getting merchant applications approved

Maintains effective professional relationship with merchants

Works with absolute honesty and integrity with merchants

Sets own priorities and organize work effectively within general guidelines established by Quantum

Attends weekly educational training and webinars

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills

Generating own leads in a business-to-business environment

Exceptional networking skills

Ability to develop a plan to effectively build a pipeline

Strong book of business and rapport-building skills

Must have sales-driven personality

Ability to function in high-pressure situations

Manual dexterity to operate a computer

Customer Service & Sales Experience

Must have excellent time management skills

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal,

Strongly self-motivated with a drive to succeed

Strong work ethic and self-discipline

Proficiency with Outlook and CRM software a plus

PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Spanish speaking applicants is a plus.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
