Job Description
Part time Property Maintenance position in Oconomowoc available!
24-30 hours per week $17-$20, (possibly over $20 to start) based on experience. Quarterly bonus
Duties include:
Drywall repairs
Doors/locks
Painting
Light Plumbing and electrical
apartment clean-outs/ turnovers
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and transportation.
