Job Summary:


The Sales Associate supports all efforts to effectively service the GO Riteway client base. This includes corporate, contract and retail customers. The role serves as the primary customer contact for taking inbound phone and email inquiries for all of our chauffeured transportation services. While the main focus will be entering orders and quotes into our proprietary system, appropriate outbound calling to follow up and confirm trip details and payments are also key to this position. Response to customer requests, concerns, and service issues are balanced with internal initiatives assisting Account Managers. Interacts with scheduling and support staff to guarantee customer satisfaction. Based on performance, this position's career-path may include Account Manager and Sr. Account Manager roles.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented Team Member whose responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customer sales team as needed with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Using proprietary transportation software to track and respond to customer requests.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with retail and corporate customers.
  • Accurately entering trip and client information into computer systems.
  • Representing GO RITEWAY at local off-site events as needed; visit customer sites for staging of moves (i.e., trips, conventions, conferences, etc.) as requested.
  • Working directly with internal staff and external customers to address and resolve service issues.


General Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a customer sales and service role. Call center or phone sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency and social media.
  • Ability to use oral, written and listening skills to communicate and clearly convey information to others.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues quickly and effectively to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize and prioritize workload.
  • Attentive to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in transportation (people/customer service) and/or travel/hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with computer programs for the transportation industry.
