Position Summary: Provide desktop end-user support, PC setup/configuration, and resolution of IT Client Services requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users in support of hardware, software, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
  • Build and deploy Dell and Apple computers with associated configurations.
  • Inventory, image, and maintain asset records for inventory.
  • Maintain and enforce corporate hardware and software policies.
  • Update online helpdesk ticketing system, to track progress and status, resolve and close tickets.
  • Attend regular staff meetings to report on tasks.
  • Act as a resource for all employees regarding technical IT questions and training.
  • Backup for staff.

Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced team environment, with a large customer base.
  • Possesses skills within Microsoft 10; Office 365 suite, and Mac.
  • Must have proven PC support and troubleshooting skills with experience in hardware, software, and web technologies.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and rapport.
