GATX is looking for a motivated individual to join our HR team as an Intern to assist ourTalent Teamwith day-to-day operations and projects. This will include recruitingand special projects.

What are your key activities?

Assist in variousrecruitingtasks, such as; ATS maintenance, job postings, and scheduling
1. Research projects - identifytools to enhance recruitment and strategic sourcing
2. Ensure all documentsare updated in personnel files
3. Updatejob boards and intranet as needed

What is required of you?

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Some business experience in a professional office environment preferred, through part-time work or internships.
• Proficiency in multiple PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). PeopleSoft experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
