Schedules, cancels, confirms and reschedules patient appointments.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Medical terminology and health care business experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good team player and ability to function independently are required. Ability to multi-task, good organizational skills and telephone etiquette are also required.
Experience in scheduling, working in demanding, fast-paced environment with customer service background preferred.
