We are looking for a confident, reliable, detail-oriented, and energetic person to be a Marketing Design Specialist on our marketing team. Primary responsibilities include executing and coordinating key marketing communication strategies across all media channels including print, digital and web. The position involves ensuring successful implementation of planning, design and execution, driving best practices, and optimizing the brand and customer experience with a focus on positive conversion results.

Assist with the development and execution of a strategic marketing development plan.
Develop email campaigns, conduct testing and champion continuous performance improvement.
Learn and understand the depth of our marketing automation platform and leverage it to maximize all marketing efforts.
Manage our databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Analyze and report on the results/KPI’s of marketing efforts and recommend improvement strategies.
Design and manage all web content along with managing the relationship with the developer/coder.
Produce all needed design content.
Assist with copywriting, editing and proofing.
Continue knowledge advancement on industry trends, marketing strategies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong ability to communicate effectively and make informed decisions.
Advanced understanding and use of all Adobe Creative Cloud assets.
Experience working in WordPress.
Understanding and experience in the capacities of a CMS.
Strong understanding of HTML and the ability to fix common HTML issues.
Solid understanding of basic sales strategies and how marketing supports those strategies.
Ability to manage and analyze data to improve results.
Experienced in advanced SEO and leveraging Google analytics to drive website traffic.
Must be a forward-thinking marketer: proactive, inquisitive, driven, and a creative thinker.
Ability to write, edit and produce strong copy is a big plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/graphic design and a minimum of two years’ experience in the above noted marketing responsibilities.
Must be proficient in Adobe CC, WordPress, HTML, SEO, Google analytics and Microsoft Office products.
