    Summary of Major Responsibilities

    This Investor Relations Specialist position supports the investor relations team. This position will be responsible for the tactical and administrative responsibilities enabling the department to optimize technical resources and meet core business demands.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Lead the scheduling of meetings and coordinate logistics for the Investor Relations team including registering for conferences, coordinating roadshows, preparing for earnings calls, and working across teams to schedule onsite investor visits.
    • Update and ensure compliance and accuracy of investor marketing materials including press releases, investor presentations, FAQ’s, fact sheets, etc.
    • Use investment knowledge to create and distribute various forms of IR communications for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Gather and interpret investment documents in order to develop, ensure the accuracy of, and maintain supporting materials for investor events including quarterly earnings calls, conferences, and other events.
    • Provide administrative support to leadership and functional departments. This position will handle confidential and sensitive business critical information.
    • Draft correspondence and presentations, type from notes, edits, photocopies, faxes, files, etc.
    • Arrange travel schedule and reservations, including international travel.
    • Provide timely and accurate information.
    • Ability to execute on planning, project management, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines and anticipate and solve logistical problems.
    • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in close collaboration with others.

    • Regular and reliable attendance.
    • Ability to work designated schedule.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed.
    • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
    • Ability and means to travel between Madison locations.
    • Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
    • 3+ years of experience in an Investor Relations, Corporate Access, or similar support role.
    • Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel macros, pivot tables, and Word mail merge.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ year(s) experience in the Healthcare industry.
