Job Description
Local property management company is seeking Property Maintenance employees.
Full-Time
Part-Time available, great for retired candidates
$15-20/hr depending on number of units responsible for
Residential properties
Candidate must have experience with light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, apartment flips, painting, and renovations.
Prefer previous industry experience.
Must have clean background check
Must have excellent customer service to communicate and deal with tenants.
Must have valid driver's license
Must pass drug test prior to employment
