Administrative Assistants works magic behind the scenes to keep things run smoothly. They thrive by prioritizing and anticipating needs even before they arise. Administrative Assistants will support the department by performing the administrative duties related to various department functions including but not limited coordinating correspondence (with voice mail, e-mail, and regular postal mail), maintaining computer files, and databases.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Must be able to work effectively with co-workers and customers in a professional mannerProficient in 10-key and keyboarding
Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities as well as excellent listening skills
Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles
Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player who works well under pressure, and is flexible in the face of changing priorities and needs
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Windows applications
Incredibly bright individual who works well under pressure and has a passion to learn and contribute

Funding & Account Servicing Department: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to to 5:00 PM; Flexible but may need to work some later days as needed
Credit Depart: M/W/F 8:30 to 5; T/R 10:30 to 7 PM, 2 8 Hours Satrudays a Month OR 8:30-5 four days a week with 1 day 11:30-8
Credit Department Schedule: 8:30-5 four days a week with 1 day 11:30-8 - $3 Shift Premium for hours worked after 5 PM)
Starting Salary Range: $12.72 + Based on Experience
