Job Description

We’re ready to grow and you can help! Premier Medical Staffing Services has a ground-floor opportunity (internally at our Corporate Office) for a Top Performing confident person with a passion for excellence in business.

How would you like to join a small, enthusiastic team that works with Local and National Medical facilities in supporting their professional staffing needs? Where your passion and persistence will be appreciated and well-rewarded? Where there is plenty of opportunity for personal and career growth as well as advancement?

Premier Medical Staffing has earned the reputation for being a "Workforce Solution" company, exceeding our employees and clients expectations with PREMIER customer service. Now, in our 13th year of business and a combined 42 years of healthcare staffing experience, Premier Medical has the knowledge, resources, and proven industry commitment to help our clients and healthcare professionals service the increasing demands of today's changing healthcare landscape. We are a Woman-owned and Joint Commission Certified Healthcare full service workforce solution offering Nursing, Therapy, Pharmacy, and other allied clinicians a full range of Travel, per-diem, Local Contract, and direct-hire placements.

You will manage the Full-life cycle of the recruitment process – sourcing, interviewing, and submission of licensed medical professionals.   Experience developing and coaching the Full-life cycle of the recruitment process to other Talent Acquisition Managers.

Do people describe you as friendly, trustworthy, optimistic, conscientious, and enthusiastic – with a healthy attitude for fun and a quick smile! You see yourself as a self-starter, mature and persistent, with a methodical approach to work.

You are a team player, goal-orientated, love variety, work effectively with little oversight, and enjoy an invigorating, fast-pace environment.

Your leadership skills are apparent as you direct and drive our team through proactive problem solving and plenty of thinking “outside the box”.

You are excited to take advantage of this opportunity to learn and grow in ways you never anticipated. You’ve earned a college degree, and have some experience working in business - you may have even owned one!

You are skilled in office administration procedures; you’re proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

This is a full-time position. Our office is located in West Allis, WI. Our complete compensation package reflects our healthy appreciation for balance in life, and offers significant incentives for the results you achieve – as well as those we achieve as a team.

Every employee plays a great role in growth and future of Premier Medical Staffing. Premier provides a working environment where open dialogue regarding workplace changes, challenges and success is embraced. Premier offers a variety of exciting initiatives from individual and company milestone recognition celebrations, Summer Volleyball league, company dinner and event parties, and quarterly pot-luck/cook-offs.
