Horticulturist
Position Summary

Join Epic's Horticulture team where your expertise will contribute to our . Our horticulture team takes pride in caring for a diverse campus landscape that promotes creativity, creates a lasting impression for our customers and is also a welcoming environment for the community.

You'll have ownership of garden areas, green roofs, fruit trees, and interior plantings on one of our themed campuses. Responsibilities include planting, watering, weeding, mulching, pruning, deadheading, and snow removal.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or greater in Horticulture or related field
  • Must be able to work outdoors 8 hours each day and lift 50 lbs
  • Experience in temperate ornamental horticulture and/or arboriculture preferred
  • Experience with commercial equipment preferred
  • Valid WI Driver's license
  • Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
