Monitor and maintain assigned accounts. Collect all the necessary information to prepare authorization requests. Research, correct, and re submit rejected and denied authorizations. Prepare appeals to denied authorizations. Answer questions from patients, staff and insurance companies. Make outbound calls to insurance companies as well as patients in a professional manner

Perform audits per applicable sampling plans, shipping, converting audits. Active involvement in data integrity, testing methodology standardize practice system and non conformance material containment process. Assist in process capability testing and routine inspection and testing of product. Effective system based communication with other Quality Department team members
