About the Role:

Micro Focus is actively seeking a Senior Director, ADM Product Marketing to join our market-leading ADM team. In this role, reporting to the General Manager of the ITOM and ADM product groups, you will lead a team of highly motivated, marketing professionals around the globe to compete and win in across the ADM market. You will work closely with teams across the company to create and deliver high-impact messaging based on product positioning, enhancements to our online presence, marketing assets, effective collateral, and sales enablement content. has details.

In this highly visible role, you will develop and lead go to market strategies, plans, messaging, positioning and programs, and execute on them across multiple channels, especially cross and multi domain selling at high levels inside the customer organization. You will lead a worldwide team of product, solution and technical marketers, and as a leader, you will create a culture of competition, winning and growth.

This position has accountability for awareness, pipeline, growth and revenue flow across our business, and the successful candidate must be comfortable with the operational aspects of managing topline and budgets. The ideal candidate is an excellent presenter to customer, sales and executive audiences both at the conceptual and the practical levels. As a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization, this role will have an important voice in the direction of the overall ADM business.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 (five) years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) software product marketing or closely-aligned functions; experience in IT Operations Management software preferred.
  • MBA degree helpful, but not required
  • Pragmatic Marketing experience, training and approach
  • Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and quickly adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in collaboration with product management, global and regional marketing, analyst and public relations, and vendors.
  • Outstanding organizational skills proven by successful execution of projects, including defining plans, producing deliverables, coordinating resources and measuring results.
