Prairie States Enterprises is seeking qualified candidates to fill our open full-time Dental Claims Adjudicator position located in our Sheboygan, WI office.

Position Responsibilities Summary
Position responsibilities include the adjudication and processing of dental claims while interpreting the coding and dental terminology in relationship to the diagnosis and dental procedures performed.  Experience in dental billing and payment processing within dental plan benefits required. 
• Education – High School Diploma or GED required.  Post HS education in dental field and dental terminology is required. 
• Experience - 3+ years’ experience in the dental practice setting and in dental billing and dental insurance claims processing.   
• Knowledge and familiarity with the dental codes of the American Dental Association required. 

Additional Position Requirements:

• Strong customer service and phone skills required.
• Able to independently plan, organize, and manage work activities and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment.
• Possesses strong problem resolution skills.
• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills in a Windows based environment required.
