As a Work From Home Contract Recruiter you will participate in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates for hospital administrative type positions. Your primary responsibilities will be requisition data management, create and update job postings, candidate identification and selection, sourcing and to deliver and negotiate job offers. We are looking to fill this position quickly. 12 month contract with the possibility of being hired on permanently.
What you will do in this role:
- Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates
- Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media
- Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including interviewer recommendations and assessment results
- Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies as applicable
- Heavy sourcing and candidate utilization management
- Advise hiring managers and facilitate the selection decision-making meetings
- Develop, execute and negotiate offers with candidates
Qualifications
What you will have for this role:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience required
- Healthcare Recruiter experience would be helpful
- Bachelor's degree prefered - experience in lieu of degree considered
- Heavy sourcing and candidate management experience required
