The Inside Sales Team Lead position will consist of managing a sales territory in collaboration with Outside Sales to assist the Inside Sales Manager in supervising, mentoring, coaching and developing members of the local inside team. The Inside Sales Team Lead will apply leadership skills to improve team performance and serve as a point person for questions from the Inside Sales Representatives. They will serve as a liaison between staff and report to the Inside Sales Manager.

Assist in leading the inside sales team activities.
Maintain regular contact with key customers, outside sales force, and support organization.
Provide assistance to Product Managers to ensure that all possible jobs are properly quoted, and communicated to Outside Sales personnel as applicable.
Drive the utilization of the CRM tool Salesforce for pipeline management.
Manage their sales territory
Develop and report performance metrics for the business including project pipeline growth and revenue generation activities.

Education and Experience Requirements
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years related work experience
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
The worker must be able to access, analyze and otherwise work with, enter information stored in or obtained through the company's computer system, and to communicate effectively with co-workers and third parties who have business dealings with the company's Human Resources operations.
Little to no travel is anticipated with this position.
