About the job

The IT Help Desk Intern assists in the support of Dude Solutions employees' technical issues in a business environment. This is an excellent fit for someone looking to gain experience in the industry and enjoy troubleshooting issues in order to better serve others. This is a part-time role, working approximately 20-25 hours a week

What you'll be doing

  • Provide end user support for hardware and software
  • Setup of technology equipment for end users
  • Build and deploy laptops to end users
  • Build and deploy mobile devices to end users
  • Help document IT Help Desk team processes and standards
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

What you need

  • Have or actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer relation skills
  • Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task required
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
