Greywolf Partners, a growing property management firm is seeking a outgoing,  full-time property maintenance technician to join our team. Flexible hours are typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday with on-call required.  Greywolf Partners provides a generous wage plus an outstanding working environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, filter changes, preventative maintenance, unit turns, assist and monitor snow removal, trash pick-up, locks, and exterior maintenance. The right candidate will be outgoing, self motivated, and friendly. This individual should be receptive to change and maintain a high level of customer service.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, 2 years residential property maintenance experience, valid drivers license and the required state mandated level of automobile insurance.
