Admissions Advisor - Adult Education, Milwaukee Center

Job Description
LAKELAND COLLEGE, an applied liberal arts institution located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, seeks qualified candidates for the above position at our Milwaukee Center. Duties will include assisting returning adult students through the recruitment and admissions process. Additionally, the college is seeking an individual who will focus on building community and corporate relationships. Responsibilities include involvement in admissions and recruitment initiatives, student success services, and other projects supporting successful degree-completion. Experience working with student information system and or constituent relationship management tools such as Jenzabar EX, is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, a Masters preferred, along with direct experience in higher education or related field. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and possess the ability to assess the needs of adult students diverse in ability, background, and academic interests. A combination of daytime, evening, and weekend admission hours is necessary for this position. A competitive salary, commensurate with experience and background, along with a comprehensive benefit program is offered. Immediate placement is available.
