Job Description
LAKELAND COLLEGE, an applied liberal arts institution located in eastern Wisconsin, seeks qualified candidates for the above position. Immediate placement is available. Duties include, but not limited to: maintaining existing Jenzabar administrative software application; analyze software needs of administrative users; modifies existing applications and/or develop new applications as required; analyze user problems and determine if problems are software or operational in nature; develop appropriate solutions through software modifications, bug fixes, procedure modification, or user training; provide user training on the use of administrative procedures, diagnosis of problems, and software enhancements and modifications; develop appropriate end-user documentation in accordance with standards for software design and development procedures..
Bachelor’s degree in computer or information sciences or in a related field and one year of programming experience is required. The candidate must be able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with background and experience.
